Terms of service

First Serve Atlanta is an information service. We republish court reservation records from the City of Atlanta's public reservation system and make no guarantee that a court shown as open will be available when you arrive, or that a court shown as reserved will be in use.

Subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe at $8 after a 5-day free trial. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund requests: email us and we'll look at it.

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute the data. We can close accounts that do.

We are not affiliated with the City of Atlanta, its Department of Parks and Recreation, or ActiveNet.
